Introduction

Welcome to the Tender Opportunities website for Health and Social (HSC) Care bodies in N.Ireland.

This site is used to advertise HSC tender opportunities from 1 October 2004 for construction works and related services, including design, with a capital value above £30,000.

Each advert will give the latest time and date for receipt of applications together with detail on the nature of the works however prospective applicants should be aware of the pre-qualification requirement detailed below under 'Select List Qualification Criteria.'

Where the estimated value of the works, or services, exceeds the Public Contracts and Utilities Contracts Regulation threshold the required notices will also be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Select List Qualification Criteria

Firms wishing to apply for inclusion on the ‘select list of tenderers’ for any of the projects advertised on this site must, at the date of selectionof thenderers, have already pre-qualified by being

on the Health Estate's Register of Contractors, and
be ‘active’ on Constructionline*

*All firms should be aware that HSC, along with other Public Funded bodies in Northern Ireland, may only use Contractors, and Consultants, pre-qualified by Constructionline. This is mandatory and no firm will be considered for a select list unless they are pre-qualified and ‘active’ on Constructionline at the date of selection of tendererss.
