If the application process, which can take up to ten weeks, is successful firms will be admitted to the appropriate list (s) and, based on evidence received, allocated specific Facility and Work Categories on which they will be approved to work.
Applicants will receive written notification of the outcome of this process.
Firms who are not approved for undertaking specific categories of work will have the opportunity at any time to submit documentary evidence, including reference details, in order to have the relevant work/facility category allocated to them.
Health Estates will normally write to all firms on an annual basis inviting them to submit documentary evidence to support and update consideration of the allocation of any categories which they do not hold.
If a firm has lapsed out of health work or a specific work category then Health Estates may amend the categories as appropriate.
Financial Notation
The financial value of projects on which a successful contractor is approved to work on will be based on the 'financial notation' allocated by Constructionline.
