Local Health and Social Care Groups ceased to operate on 30th September 2006

For 2008/09 data is reported at Local Commissioning Group (LCG) level, in additon to practice level and Health and Social Services Board level, even though LCGs were not introduced until April 2009, so were not in existence during the 2008/09 QOF year.  This is to enable comparison with future years which will be reported at LCG level.  The four HSS Boards have been replaced by a single Health and Social Care Board as of 1 April 2009; LCGs came into existence on 1 April 2009 as part of the Health and Social Care Reform.
