Modernisation and Improvement Programme Board (MIPB)
The Modernisation and Improvement Programme Board has overall responsibility for:
- The successful implementation of the 2nd phases of change to the HSC organisational structures in line with Ministerial and Executive decisions on the RPA within DHSSPS and the HSC, and
- The implementation of a programme of health and social care system reform.
The Board includes representatives from across the Department and the HSC. It is supported by a range of projects as detailed in the Projects Dossier.
