Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults

The Department of Health Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) and the Department of Justice, with the support of other government departments are actively taking forward policy development in relation to Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults in Northern Ireland.  

It is intended that a policy framework will be issued for public consultation in 2012.
