Annual Returns
The submission of Annual Returns relating to controlled drug activity
by licensees is required so that the UK’s Competent Body for this purpose (the Home Office) may submit
data to the International Narcotics Control Board.
The submission of Annual Returns is a condition of licensing and failure
to comply may lead to the cancellation or withdrawal of a licence.
