Safety
Patient Safety must be the first concern of everyone who works in or manages the Health and Personal Social Services. It must not be compromised. It is an intergral part of quality in health and social care. Effective care should place an emphasis on improving safety processes in order to prevent harm, and to improve the service user and carer experience.
