Implementing the Changes
Modernisation and Improvement Programme Board (MIPB)
The Modernisation and Improvement Programme Board (MIPB) had overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the reform of Health and Social Care (HSC) structures in line with Ministerial and Executive decisions.
MIPB included representatives from across the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety and the Health and Social Care system and was supported by a range of projects. The following documents summarise the work of the Programme and its constituent projects pre April 2009.
