The draft smoke-free regulations that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety proposes to make have been drawn up on the assumption that the draft Smoking (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, currently before Parliament, will be approved.
This Questionnaire seeks views on:
- the draft Smoke-free (General Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007; and
- the draft Smoke-free (Exemptions, Vehicles, Penalties and Discounted Amounts) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
To facilitate analysis it is important that respondents use the Questionnaire provided.
The Questionnaire should be read in conjunction with the Smoke-free Premises and Vehicles consultation document which includes the draft regulations.
