The Department is developing a range of service frameworks.  The Service Framework for Cardiovascular Health and Wellbeing is the first to be developed, and it has now been launched for public consultation.

The Service Framework for Cardiovascular Health and Wellbeing sets out 44 standards in relation to the prevention, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, care, rehabilitation and palliative care of individuals/communities who currently have or are at greater risk of developing cardiovascular disease.
